Cancel/Refund Policy

At Vediomedia, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with our masterclass for any reason, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchasing the masterclass.

    • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us at vediomediaofficial@gmail.com with your purchase details and the reason for your refund request.

    • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  3. Non-refundable Items:

    • Any downloadable materials or completed services (such as one-on-one consultations) are non-refundable.

  4. Partial Refunds:

    • In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).

  5. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vediomediaofficial@gmail.com.
