Cancel/Refund Policy

At Vediomedia, we are committed to providing high-quality video editing and content management services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Clients are eligible to request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.

Refund requests must be sent to vediomediaofficial@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name/Project Name]."

Refunds will be processed based on the progress of the project.


1.2 Refund Amount Based on Work Progress

If a refund is requested before work has started, a full refund will be granted.

If partial work has been completed (up to 50%), a 50% refund will be provided.

If more than 50% of the work has been completed, no refund will be issued.


1.3 Refund Requests After 30 Days

Refund requests after 30 days are subject to management discretion and will be considered on a goodwill basis.

After 60 days (2 months), no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.


1.4 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellations by Clients

Clients may cancel services at any time by sending an email to vediomediaofficial@gmail.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request – [Your Name/Project Name]."

If cancellation is requested before work has started, a full refund will be provided.

If work has already begun, refund eligibility will be determined as per Section 1.2.


2.2 Cancellations by Vediomedia

Vediomedia reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

If the client fails to provide necessary materials within the agreed timeline.

If the client engages in unethical or inappropriate behavior.


In such cases, a partial or full refund will be provided based on the work completed.

 

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at vediomediaofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

Full Name

Order/Invoice ID

Reason for Refund/Cancellation

Any relevant supporting documents or communication

 

2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
